It looks like you don't have support for the display hardware configured in
your kernel config.  Make sure your config has:
CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC=y
CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN=y
CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN3_0=y
