Indeed Dirt Rally is an OpenGL game. I thought it was Vulkan, because I didn't
see the HUD from Gallium, but it was an error in the settings.

The result benchmark in ultra (1920x1080, 8xmssa, no vsync):
avg fps ~ 23fps
min fps ~ 15fps
max fps ~ 31fps
