It is still happening. For me it is an almost instant lock. REISUB does not
work.

CPU     : Quad Core AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics (-MCP-) 
Kernel  : 5.6.17-pclos1 x86_64 
Shell   : bash 4.4.23
