Please consider this patch abandoned. Since I had other reasons to
send out a v5 of the original series this is now squashed in. See:

NOTE that patch #1 in this series, AKA ("drm/bridge: ti-sn65dsi86:
Implement lane reordering + polarity") is still sane/valid and still
applies just fine atop my v5 series.
