I've a problem with doing this now, since we are churning a lot of
stuff into drm-misc-next this will make reverts a lot messier than
required in order to faciliate regression testing.

I've already burned 2-3 days on vmwgfx regressions and I'm not really
wanting to add major renames or restructures until we have settled
things down a bit more.

I'm not sure when would be a good time, and maybe the global one would
be a lot less of impact vs the ttm_bo_device->ttm_Device one.
