[PATCH] drm/msm/a6xx: fix for kernels without CONFIG_NVMEM

Ignore nvmem_cell_get() EOPNOTSUPP error in the same way as a ENOENT error,
to fix the case where the kernel was compiled without CONFIG_NVMEM.
