No, no particular application, it happens in general in KDE Plasma.

Anyway, I am not sure this is now related to the amdgpu crash. I think this is
rather related to bluetooth suspend. I recently added
btusb.enable_autosuspend=0 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT and haven't seen this
issue so far.
