Sorry should have provided more info, I have this on 5.10.46.

cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/amdgpu_pm_info reports 100% GPU usage and ~60W
"idle" on 5.10.46 where I get 0% GPU usage and ~7W on 5.10.45.
