Would this work for a "fixes"?
commit 287422a95fe2 ("drm/rockchip: Round up _before_ giving to the
clock framework")
That's the commit that introduced this "bug", even though it wasn't a
problem until the new commit that changed the way fractional clocks
worked for rockchip.
