[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v6 1/1] drm/i915/pxp: Promote pxp subsystem to top-level of i915

i just realized nothing external to PXP is calling HAS_PXP so I'll probably drop this macro and create a helper for
pxp_debugfs (the only caller).
