Technically yes. However having it per INTF (or per encoder) might
simplify things (as you won't have to check for the encoder type in
the code afterwards).
I'd say, you can define it inside msm_dp somewhere and then query it
from dpu_encoder_setup() using the new function. Afterwards you don't
have to worry about the INTF type at all. You have the correct value
for DP and for the DSI it's false.

You can always add msm_dp_has_widebus_enabled() function.

This is the only time we copy op_info, this is true. The wide_bus_en
is copied 5 times, if I'm not mistaken.
