[GIT PULL] fbdev fixes for v6.4-rc5

Hi Linus,
please pull some fbdev fixes & cleanups for kernel 6.4-rc5.
Most noteably is a fix for a null-ptr-deref in fbcon's soft_cursor function
which was found by syzbot.
