The only users of get_fb_info() and put_fb_info() are now in fb_devfs.
So consider moving these two helpers too.

Reminds me - consider moving logo stuff to a fb_logo file.
This would reduce fbmem with a lot of lines, and it is separate.
But it is outside the goal of this patchset.
