One small typo in the commit message: 'Creat' -> 'Create'

Any reason to move the declaration for send before recv? It seems reasonable 
to have the in alphabetical order.

AFAICS while calling a sequence of these 3 functions mhdp->mbox_mutex is 
locked. This should be noted here.
