I think that this patch is doing different things that we could split in simpler
diffs.
Moving the code from vkms_output.c to vkms_drv.c be its own patch.
I'm not sure whether the calls to drm_mode_crtc_set_gamma_size() and
drm_crtc_enable_color_mgmt() should go here or they belong to a different patch.

I think this variable should throw warning because it is unused.
I imagine you are already doing it but you can compile with "make W=1 C=1" to
get this errors in the log.
