[PATCH v2 2/2] drm/panel: add BOE tv101wum-ll2 panel driver

Add support for the 1200x1920 BOE TV101WUM-LL2 DSI Display Panel found
in the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 tablet. The controller is unknown.
