I think it makes sense to have different set of flags for alloc() and 
free(), and check that the caller is passing valid flags for each in 
order to catch obvious programmer errors.

Also ideally make that clear from the namespace:

DRM_BUDDY_ALLOC_PREFER_CLEARED
DRM_BUDDY_FREE_CLEARED
