[dim PATCH] dim: drm-misc: Membership requests now go through Gitlab

[Maxime Ripard]

Now that drm-misc has switched to Gitlab, we don't need to make
newcomers create a legacy SSH account. Gitlab supports access requests,
so let's just use them.
