This is a perfect example what I mean. You record in the patch is the 
client_id, but this is is basically meaningless unless you have access 
to the AMD internal hw documentation.

What you really need is the client in decoded form, in this case UTCL2. 
You can keep the client_id additionally, but the decoded client string 
is mandatory to have I think.
