[PATCH] drm/rockchip: add CONFIG_OF dependency

DRM_DISPLAY_DP_AUX_BUS cannot be selected when CONFIG_OF is disabled:

Rockchip platforms all depend on OF anyway, so add the dependency here
for compile testing.
