[PATCH v3 3/3] fb_defio: do not use deprecated page->mapping, index fields

Andrew - apologies for this, I managed to miss some unusued variable warnings in
this nommu workaround, once you take the v3 could you apply this trivial
fix-patch on top to resolve that?

I tested this locally to confirm it resolves the problem. Thanks!

Subject: [PATCH] mm: fixup unused variable warnings

Unfortunately fb_defio being enabled by nommu devices seems enormously
ingrained in the kernel to the point that it's not feasible to address that
in this series, so we use an ifdef to workaround.

However this workaround unfortunately missed some unused variables -
correct this.

This has been tested locally with W=1 and confirmed to resolve the issue.
