 From TV itself: Sansui S55VAUG. From System info within tv menu: 
Settings: Device Name: GoogleTV8931 Model: Apollo Premium 4KTV
 from cat /sys/class/drm/card0/card0-HDMI-A-1/edid:
binary stuff with words 'AndroidTV' embedded.
 TV's only about 6 months old and MicroCenter offers them.
