Hi Dave and Sima,

Here's the pull request for the drm-xe fixes targeting 6.15-rc8/6.15.
This week we are back to normal, with just a few fixes.

Driver Changes:
- Make sure to check all forcewakes when dumping mocs
- Fix wrong use of read64 on 32b register
- Synchronize Panther Lake PCI IDs
