Yeah this looks fine to me but needs to be tested if DMA_CMA is a
dependency here too.

The static and dynamic protected memory pools should get auto enabled if
TEE_DMABUF_HEAPS is enabled since they are pre-requisite to provide the
protected heaps support. Something like:
