<pre>My laptop (HP Pavilion 15-ab141na) is simply booting to a black screen on
16.04, the backlight is on but there is no display. Sound is working so I can
hear the ubuntu logon noise and can SSH from another machine.
During boot the screen on the laptop looks as if it is flashing off and on
before settling and remaining black with the backlight on.
Below is the debug info from the Ubuntu system, I think it lists the Carrizo
chip but I believe there is a Topaz chip in there too not listed below.
