The Radeon card is in use. I can switch to the intel card using the gpu-switch
utility ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gpu-switch/ ) but the external
ports HDMI and DP are connected to the radeon card, and I need to use external
monitors frequently. When the intel gpu is used, there is no flicker issue.
