<pre>I forgot to mention I had a similar problem on Windows also with a 260x on the
same motherboard so I think in my case is something to do with the motherboard.
I tried modyfing some option in grub but that did't help, I added
iommu=pt acpi_osi=Linux acpi=force acpi_enforce_resources=lax
acpi_osi='!Windows 2013' acpi_osi='!Windows
The iommu table is bugged on this motherboard maybe it has something todo? If I
disable iommu completely on the bios usb devices will not power up.</pre>
