Kernel hangs hard whenever it has to do anything graphics accelerated or too
cpu intensive (two laravel web server instances / opening chromium / opening
YouTube on Firefox / I look at it too hard). It won't even let me switch to
another console, forcing me to hard reboot.

I am unable to see anything using `journalctl -xe` when my system goes down;
either the log just stops or the file is corrupted, though I also don't know
what I am looking for.

I was able to confirm that it wasn't thermal overheating, and chip diagnostics
say that it is okay.

Linux 4.9.20
xorg-xserver 1.19.2
