The bug I have experienced at 144hz on Win10 without extra drivers AND Archlinux with opensource drivers could be described as follows: 1. One vertical line of noise on the left of the screen, just a few pixels wide. 2. A vertical offset in the middle of the screen with the same width. It looks like the left half of the screen just got pushed to the right by the line on the left.
