Not sure if related but I can't interact with the system/desktop with keyboard or mouse. Either it's a separate input issue (although it works perfectly when connected to a monitor on HDMI) or it's related to the custom kernel build, or there is some issue with the screen update rather than the input devices. Don't have more time to investigate right now but will keep you posted.
