<pre>Just wanted to say that on Kernel 5.2rc7, BIOS F.21 I'm able to boot with
raven_dmcu.bin in /lib/firmware/amdgpu. I also updated raven_dmcu.bin from the
linux firmware git. Not sure which part helped though or all of them together.</pre>
