It's not overheating in my case, but my PSU is pretty old (I'm waiting for components for my new build to arrive, including new PSU). I've lowered power limit (to 80W) and I haven't had any crashes yet. So, in my case the problem *might be* related to PSU. But I can't exclude (nor confirm) possibility of driver problems with higher power states (until I have a better PSU).
