<pre>Instead of my Arch installation, I tried a fresh Fedora 30 Workstation Gnome
installation. It shows the same behavior, so I think we can rule out a
packaging issue.
Too bad, this issue makes me boot Windows much more often. It's not really a
recommendable state. :(</pre>
