When I open the inventory in TES IV Oblivion, don't move the cursor for some
seconds and then move it again, there is always a frametime spike:

It's not there with XResetScreenSaver calls completely disabled in Wine (by
reverting the commit mentioned by Pierre-Eric). It appears 100% reproducible.</pre>
