Move the version change information after '---'.
In here, describe HDCP1.x.
Does MediaTek DP has some limitation? If so, describe it.
I would like to HDCP1.x patch in front of HDCP2.x because the spec development is from 1.x to 2.x.
So move this patch before HDCP2.x patch.
