EGL to GLX translator

I've made a few fixes to my EGL to GLX translator, and put it up for download 
at:

http://people.freedesktop.org/~ajax/indiegl-1.0.tar.gz

It's rough and not intended for production use yet, but it should be usable.  
It's split out from Mesa so it should work with any libGL you happen to have 
around, I'd be interested to hear people's experience with non-Mesa libGLs.  
There's a few known bugs and probably some unknown ones too, but I think it's 
getting solid.

Next step will be to add EGL_MESA_screen_surface to it and finish the EGL 
glitz backend.  Hopefully I'll get to that this week.
