That is correct. Most of the noise I've been making about the dispatch
functions and _glapi_add_entrypoint have stemed from this.

In addition to the dispatch issues, I don't think Nvidia will touch a
libGL that doesn't have full GLX 1.3 support (we're still missing
pbuffer support w/direct-rendering) and a couple other extensions (e.g.,
GLX_NV_swap_barrier).
