Many of the input drivers need to be factored down into the DIX layer for 
exactly this reason.  This depends on some loader work that's definitely 7.1 
material, but Xegl isn't going to make 7.0 anyway.

Eventually I do want to be able to build the xgl servers from the same tree as 
the others.  So keep that in mind, if you find yourself copying code across 
DDXes you probably really need to be refactoring it.
