cursors and input

An EGL extension for representing cursors, maybe.  But for actually handling 
the I/O?

One thing that's crossed my mind a few times is that there's no OpenIL for 
input the way we have Open{GL,AL,ML}.  SDL comes close, but doesn't have any 
standardization.  Out of scope for this list, but something to think about.
