I understand the source of my confusion now. Xgl doesn't have an input
subsystem, thus my confusion about where to attach my mouse and
keyboard drivers. I'm porting the one from kdrive (src/kinput.c) into
Xegl. It's taking a while since it is about 4,000 lines of code.
Keith already wrote a driver for extracting the Linux keymap and using
it in kdrive.
