[BUG] etnaviv: broken timeouts

Hi,

I have been following this thread. I have considerable experience with
various problems with time values.
My solution in those cases has been the use of "unit tests".
The unit tests would exercise the edge cases without having to wait 52 days!
Has any thought gone into coming up with unit tests to ensure this is not
broken in the future?
