exempi 2.0.0

I forgot to tell, but I released Exempi 2.0.0 a couple of days ago.

The fix are mostly in the build to deal with non-Linux system.

This is to be considered as the "stable" release and open the door to
2.0.x for fixes.
2.1 will follow with new features.
