Project moved to gitlab.freedesktop.org

Hello,

Until now, we had the source code of this project on
gitlib.collabora.com, but the bugs on bugs.fdo. With the advent of
modern technologies such as merge requests, this split was no longer
logical. So we moved everything over to Freedesktop's GitLab.
