I just released 0.3.6 here: http://www.freedesktop.org/software/xdg-app/releases/xdg-app-0.3.6.tar.xz It fixes some seccomp issues (including i386 support), makes xdg user dirs work properly in the sandbox, and exposes the user-installed fonts in the sandbox (in addition to the system fonts).
