.flatpakrepo and .flatpakref don't really exist much in the code, other
than in the docs, its mostly in the mime database. That said, it would
be nice to not change this after we have a stable release.

The current names are quite long, but they are obviously unique. Using
something like ".app" is more likely to conflict with other apps or be
seen as too generic. What do people think about the short forms "*.fpa"
and "*.fpr" instead?
