Flatpak + WINE + .NET included?

I'm looking to package a Windows application that requires .NET 4.6 and
runs well enough in Wine. I've tried playing around with a script that put
Wine into flatpak but that didn't really go anywhere.

Has anyone had luck in getting WINE into Flatpak, and most importantly,
with the .NET environment included?
