Enhanced OpenGL driver support in flatpak

We tested at least the nvidia 375 and 304 driver (not the 340 one), and
things seems to work, except the weird crash if we're sharing the
network with the nvidia 375 driver.

So, I pushed all this to the official sdk.gnome.org repo. This means
that as long as you have a recent enough flatpak the nvidia driver
should automatically work.
