No AppStream data for some apps

Hi all,

I tried to install Builder from http://flatpak.org/apps.html today but
there appears to be no AppStream data -- this makes gnome-software
looks bad. Other apps like gnome-recipes look great, nad I'm wondering
why so few applications are being built with an appstream branch.
Perhaps we could switch the default from "flatpak build-export
--update-appstream" to including appstream by default and adding a
"--no-update-appstream" instead?
