No AppStream data for some apps

You shouldn't need to do anything special. When the build machines are
synced to sdk.gnome.org it runs flatpak build-update-repo which should
generate the appstream data. 

Also, gnome builder has appdata in the gnome-apps repo for me. Which
ones don't?
