Help building a flatpak for qutebrowser

Ah - I didn't actually set up a manifest or anything. I just followed
the steps here[0]. Instead of the `configure` etc as in the example, I
used `python setup.py` from the specfile[1].

I'm not upstream but I can get in touch with them if required - they're
quite active on the IRC and Github etc. The rpm package works, though,
which is what made me think that there was something python specific
that I hadn't done.
I'll try again, this time using a manifest, and see how that goes. Is
this the right documentation to follow[2]?
